Privacy policy
1.   Response Recruitment Ltd (Response) is committed to ensuring the privacy and security of the personal information of our customers, applicants, full time employees and temporary workers.

2.   Response will need to obtain some personal information about any applicant, which will be stored on Response’s computers. Response will need to know your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, work experience, education and skills. For certain vacancies or temporary assignments we may ask for information that may be considered "sensitive". This information will only be deemed necessary for certain specific jobs and will not be asked for as a matter of course.

3.   The amount of personal information that you supply will normally be limited to that which is deemed necessary to supply our services to you.

4.   We may also use the information that you wish to provide to us, together with information of services you have accessed on our site, for the purpose of notifying you about other suitable vacancies that fit your profile and Response’s services (including newsletters).

5.   If you do not wish to receive this information then you will be given an opportunity to notify Response accordingly before submitting your personal information. If you do not notify us accordingly then by submitting your information you consent for it to be used in this way.

6.   Response recognises that certain applicants who submit information to our organisation may wish to remain registered with Response on an on-going basis. We also recognise that some candidates who leave information may wish to update certain information to keep their registration current. Therefore we may (but shall not be obliged to) keep your information on our computer indefinitely. If you wish for your information to be amended or for your details to be deleted then you can do so by contacting Response by e-mail to info@responserecruitment.co.uk. Response reserves the right not to delete such information if there is a legitimate reason for Response to retain that information.

7.   Response strives to keep your personal identifiable information accurate and to this end will allow individuals reasonable access to personal information that they have provided so that they can review and correct this information.

8.   We disclose personal information when required to by law. We educate our employees and periodically verify our compliance with our privacy policies. Response does not sell or trade personal data with third parties.

9.   Response takes care to secure personal information that is given to us by our customers, applicants, full time employees and temporary workers. We endeavour to protect this information in order to prevent loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access, destruction, or disclosure. This information may be stored in manual or electronic files.

10.   Response reserves the right to change its privacy policy. Response will post any changes on this page so that the individual may be aware of them and you will be given the chance to ask Response not to use your information for the changed purpose.
